Mr. Bellinson is a bar-certified attorney in Michigan, the former President and COO of a national healthcare provider, and one of the founders of a Homeland Security software company.
He also is the owner and operator of 42 manufactured home communities across America. Mr. Bellinson’s multi-dimensional entrepreneurial experience, knowledge of the healthcare industry and local business contacts will be an important benefit to the startup efforts of the Bank.
