Level One Bank Completes Integration of Former Michigan Heritage Bank

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Level One Bank announced today it has successfully completed the integration of Michigan Heritage Bank. Level One Bank now has approximately $172 million in total assets with offices in Farmington Hills, Novi and Wixom. 

Level One’s acquisition of deposit accounts from the former Michigan Heritage Bank, first announced on April 24, 2009, furthers their commitment to provide exceptional customer service to clients who live and work in Oakland County. Under the terms of the agreement entered into with the FDIC, Level One Bank acquired the deposit relationships (excluding brokered deposits) and a limited number of loans. With the completion of the integration, Level One Bank can now provide seamless, high quality service to all of their customers.
