Loan Documentation Specialist
The role of the Loan Documentation Specialist (LDS) is to create complete and accurate commercial loan documentation primarily using the LaserPro system. The LDS will also create and update the loan files while ensuring they remain current and complete. The LDS will assist with the booking and reviewing of new loans on the Fiserv Premier Loan Accounting System. They will also monitor and process transactions on the entire loan portfolio. Professional interaction and approaching work with a team orientation with other Bank teams, including the lenders, is critical to ensure the loan process is successful.
Job Requirements:
o Ability to provide expertise and guidance for complicated commercial loans.
o Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending processes.
o Knowledge of all loan documentation and file requirements.
o Ability to manage time well and meet deadlines.
o LaserPro (Harland) system proficiency required.
o Fiserv Premier Loan Accounting System (ITI) proficiency preferred.
o SBA and USDA knowledge preferred.

Credit Analyst
The role of Credit Analyst is responsible for underwriting the commercial loans for the Bank through the analysis of all relevant financial statements. The Credit Analyst will determine the financial viability of a company’s cash flow to measure the Bank’s loan risk. Enforcement of the Bank’s credit policies and the loan regulatory guidelines are a critical part of this role. The Credit Analyst will also work interdependently with other Bank teams to ensure a sound, efficient loan process ultimately serving each customer and the Bank well.

Human Resources Coordinator
The role of HR Coordinator will support all Human Resources programs and functions for the Bank. Through administration, maintenance and transactions the HR functions such as recruitment, orientation, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, training and development and the HR information systems will be supported. The HR Coordinator will also serve as the primary receptionist of guests, vendors and employees for the Bank.

Mortgage Loan Underwriter
The role of Mortgage Loan Underwriter is responsible for underwriting residential and consumer loan applications. This position includes the review and appraisal of applications. Uses knowledge and independent judgment to determine assess risks when compared to applicable regulations.
Job Requirements:
o Knowledge of residential and consumer loan processes.
o Ability to effectively make independent decisions.
o Sound judgment and in determining the risk level of a loan.
o Experience in underwriting property and underwriting requirements of FNMA, FHLMC and private mortgage insurance companies.
o Working knowledge of state and federal residential / consumer lending regulations.
o Knowledge of RESPA regulations effective January 1, 2010.
o Knowledge of TILA regulations preferred.
o LaserPro and Calyx system knowledge preferred.
