Level One Bank Appoints New Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- Level One Bank announces the appointment of David C. Walker as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. At Level One, he will be responsible for all treasury, accounting, finance, investments, asset/liability management, information technology, real estate and bank security matters.

Most recently, Walker served as group vice president of GMAC where he spent a total of 24 years in a variety of financial disciplines including treasury, liability management & finance. He was also chief financial officer of GMAC's mortgage group for 7 years. "David's experience and expertise will be invaluable as we look forward to continuing the Bank's growth trends into 2010 and beyond."

Walker is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University with a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics/economics. He received his MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan. He currently resides in Brighton, Michigan with his wife and two children. Walker is an active member of the Detroit Athletic Club and Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton.
